Agile is an approach that allows responding to a changing environment.

Agile is a topic that is nowadays often discussed at the managerial level of the companies. It is a new trend that allows effective and flexible management not only of projects but also of whole companies. Its advantage is that it does not require stubborn persistency to an outdated plan, but it provides techniques and tools to respond to a constantly changing world and its demands. It is based on focusing on important things, openness and communication, customer co-operation and flexibility.

In our training we will guide you through the Agile approach. We want you to leave knowing what this term means. What are its basic principles and methods and most importantly that you have an idea of how you can use it in your work.
