We know what you’re curious about — and we have the answers
We have been collecting questions from participants and companies over a long period of time. Here are the most common ones — and these are exactly the ones we answer throughout the training.

  • When should you trust AI and when should you verify? We will teach you to critically read outputs and recognize errors.
  • What can I share with AI and what can’t I? We will go through the rules as well as the GDPR perspective and company policy.
  • How do I connect AI to company documents? We will show NotebookLM and ChatGPT on your own data.
  • Can I manage this without a technical background? Just the desire to try. No code, no statistics.
  • How do I convince a skeptical team? We address how to introduce AI into the team’s everyday work.

Why it matters
According to available studies, employees using AI are on average 20–40% more productive than their colleagues without these skills. Automating routine processes saves teams an average of 2–3 hours per day — for a ten-person team, that amounts to more than one full-time equivalent per week. Organizations that systematically develop the digital literacy of their people demonstrably achieve higher productivity and lower turnover. Digital skills are no longer an advantage — they are becoming the standard.
