Libor's motto is "Successful collaboration is always based on the right combination of the right tools and a human approach. Flexibility, diligence and empathy are the right keys to creating long-term relationships." This shows how Libor approaches challenges - teamwork and an appropriate balance between expertise and empathy. After studying economics with a focus on systems engineering and computer science, Libor gained several experiences in consulting, finance and IT projects as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2009, he co-founded the Czech and Slovak branches of ICG and provides his expertise to clients in process optimization, business innovation, project management and change management. Libor is active in both consulting projects and in the implementation of unique customized trainings, or as a personal mentor to his clients, always with the goal of implementing real and sustainable change.
