PFMEA training is an educational workshop where you will learn how to implement this tool for your practice. Our training is fundamentally different from others on the market.

We teach you the craft, we teach you honest process FMEA for industry, administration and service.

At the same time, we will explain the methodology, its limitations, its strengths. We will walk you through PFMEA with other quality management, lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.

We will train using SMED>>PRESS or TractorMotive simulation. We will have a small “factory on the table”, burdened with defects, complaints and process variability.

You will learn to implement PFMEA step by step. You will practice each step. The training is as practical as possible and targeted so that the participant can start working efficiently on their own production process the next day.
